Our mission in the Community of Christ is to proclaim Jesus Christ and promote communities of joy, hope, love, and peace.

We are a church centered in the life, ministry, and teachings of Jesus.  Our scriptures and worship point to him.  The kingdom he preaches energizes our desire for transformation.

We recognize that God is the God of all people, that all people are children of God, that people travel different paths of faith toward God.  We also recognize that we have been formed by our own peculiar historical past, and that God has lead each of us, both individually and corporately, to our own special calling.  We are informed and shaped by our past, but also called forward to assist in building God's kingdom.

As Christians, we both proclaim Christ and promote communities of joy, hope, love, and peace.
